Project Overview
The Oil & Gas Sector HSE Programs for OGDCL focused on delivering comprehensive Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) services across oil & gas fields and drilling rig operations for Pakistan’s largest national oil and gas company.
The initiative aimed to strengthen operational safety systems, improve risk management capabilities and support compliance-focused HSE practices within high-risk energy sector environments.
HSE Training & Capacity Building
Specialized HSE training programs were conducted to improve workforce awareness, operational safety practices and hazard management capabilities across field and drilling operations.
The training emphasized emergency preparedness, incident prevention and internationally aligned workplace safety procedures relevant to oil & gas sector activities.
Audits, Investigations & Risk Assessments
Comprehensive HSE audits, operational investigations, gap assessments and risk evaluations were carried out to identify safety vulnerabilities and strengthen operational compliance systems.
The assessments supported improved safety governance, environmental management and operational resilience across drilling and production facilities.
Strengthening Oil & Gas Safety Standards
The project contributed to improving occupational safety performance, compliance management and responsible operational practices within OGDCL’s energy sector operations.
