Project Overview
The Fire & Incident Investigations initiative focused on conducting detailed investigations of major fire and explosion incidents, including the Centaurus Mall fire incident in Islamabad and a large LPG explosion at a restaurant in Bahria Town.
The project aimed to identify root causes, evaluate operational safety failures and support improved Fire & Life Safety practices within commercial and public infrastructure environments.
Fire Incident Investigation & Analysis
Comprehensive investigations were carried out to assess fire incident conditions, emergency response systems, operational procedures and safety management practices related to the affected facilities.
The assessments included technical evaluations of fire protection systems, hazard exposure and incident response effectiveness.
LPG Explosion & Risk Assessment
Specialized investigations were conducted for the LPG explosion incident to evaluate safety failures, operational risks and hazardous material handling procedures associated with the event.
